RENTAL RATES Rental rates are established by the homeowner and vary depending upon the type and size of accommodation, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, proximity to Bristol Motor Speedway, amenities, and the number of guests. Typical rental rates range from $125 - $200 per bedroom per night for rental of an entire home, and $100 - $200 per bedroom for single room rental where the homeowner remains at the home. Some homeowners allow additional persons at an additional charge for use of air mattresses, cots, couches, etc. All homeowners require a two-night minimum stay, unless indicated otherwise in the property description information.
